UCC operates a modern central kitchen facility serving multiple clients. This state-of-the-art kitchen, located in Nariyah at the heart of Marjan, produces approximately 10,000 meals per day. Our facility boasts modern organization and equipment to ensure food is prepared with utmost safety and hygiene standards. Meals are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles using insulated thermal containers. The kitchen holds accreditation for ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and HACCP standards.
