Draieh operates a modern central kitchen facility serving multiple clients. This state-of-the-art kitchen, located in Barwa Al-Baraha Al-Wukair, produces approximately 10,000 meals per day. Our facility boasts modern organization and equipment to ensure food is prepared with utmost safety and hygiene standards. Meals are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles using insulated thermal containers. The kitchen holds accreditation for ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and HACCP standards.
As part of our commitment to maintain uninterrupted meal services, we’ve implemented a robust business continuity plan, ensuring readiness to support clients during emergencies or kitchen facility unavailability. Our aim is to provide consistent and reliable service, regardless of circumstances.
